POP Tennis is a fun sport that entertains its players. The popular sport of POP Tennis, also known as paddle tennis, is played on smaller courts and uses lower compression tennis balls. Dimensions of the POP Tennis Court

There are three types of courts that you can play POP Tennis. The singles game can only be played on a 21×60 feet court. Boxing Pant Doubles can be played on a 21×50 feet court or 27×60 feet court.

You can convert any tennis court of standard size to a POP Tennis court with the help tape. You can create a smaller-sized tennis court in your yard or lawn.

The Dimensions of the Standard Tennis Court

The court is 50 feet long at the baseline, and 44′ along the service line. There are 20′ sidelines. The Basic court measures 50 feet in length and 20 feet in width. The baseline is 3-feet from the Service line.

Fencing

A fence should be placed around the POP tennis courts. The fence should be at least 10 feet high. The fencing measures approximately 40 feet wide by 80 feet long.

The net of the POP tennis court is made of either heavy cotton or deluxe braided polyester material. For the entire court’s width, the net must be at least 31 inches above the surface. Rules of the POP Tennis Game

For tournament play, the USTA approved the use of a pressurized tennisball for the POP Tennis game. This ball’s internal pressure is decreased so it bounces between 31 and 33 inches when dropped from 6 feet. To achieve the desired bounce, the ball is usually punctured using a hypodermic needle.

The POP tennis paddle should be made of solid materials. Its dimensions should not exceed 18 1/2 x 9 5/5 cm. You can make the paddle perforated or texturized, but it should not have strings. The Paddle Tennis Association of the United States must approve the paddles.
